Mobility & Stretch
Mobility and flexibility are an important component for overall health, because they directly affect movement quality. Learn to lengthen your muscles to gain greater ranges of motion, as well as practice mindful movement during our 45min mobility & stretch class.
This 45-min choreographed flow, paired with music, will strengthen not only your core, but also your coordination. We will explore different movements that will both stretch and strengthen your muscles during this flow. Customised playlists will be paired with classes, so that you can enjoy the music from home as well!
Master - Active Ageing
Staying active while you age will help with bone density, reduce joint pain, maintain and build muscle mass, and will help keep you young and fresh! The class will focus on balance and coordination, core and mobility, as well as overall strength.
MOVE WITH STEPH: Online Mobility Class
Weekly online mobility classes with Steph, done from the comfort of your own home!
Each week, the class focus will be on a specific joint (ie. hip, shoulder, spine, etc.) and will incorporate principles from the FR systems, along with education on the human anatomy in order for you to better understand how to best use your body and maximise its potential.

Outdoor Bodyweight HIIT
Short bursts of high interval exercises followed by small periods of recovery. It will get you working and sweating hard using just your bodyweight. Plus, this high intensity workout will get that feel-good endorphins flowing.
Combining Kettlebells and HIIT is a fantastic way of targeting different muscle groups, improving your coordination, stability, body awareness and moving away from your average cardio workout. Don't worry if you've never used Kettlebells - we will be there to guide you!
Moderate to high intensity compound movements in short bouts that will increase your metabolic demand and energy usage using bodyweight and weighted exercises. They are designed so that your body will still be burning calories even after class. Be prepared to SWEAT!
Our pre-natal training services are designed to help support and empower you before & during your pregnancy. Pre-natal classes focus on pelvic floor strengthening, targeted mobility and full body strength work.
Our post-natal training services are designed to help support and empower you after your pregnancy. Our classes place an emphasis on restrengthening areas that may have weakened during pregnancy, building your body through a combination of joint mobility, core stability & full body strength exercises.
