Prehab & RehabTraining

Prehab training works to strengthen and bulletproof your body, mitigating the damage of any potential injuries that may occur in your lifespan. Rehab training on the other hand, focuses on alleviating pain symptoms, strengthening and building your capacity on your path to recovery. Rather than building you back to where were pre-injury, we look to surpass that standard to minimise the risk of re-injury.
