Our version of an outdoor bootcamp that revolves around quality movement, paired with bursts of conditioning blocks & fun games. This class is located in Happy Valley.

Flexibility and mobility are often mistaken as an interchangeable term. We educate a lot more on this topic alone, through incorporating principles from the FRC as a solid foundation to our mobility training.
Our pre-natal classes are designed to not only make your pregnancy as comfortable as possible, but best prepare you for labour too.
Our post-natal classes are designed to address the areas that tend to get neglected post-partum. Each class is designed to combine joint mobility training, along with core stability & full body strength exercises.
