Ice bath session to recharge both the mind and the body
Recharging both the mind and the body are integral parts of leading a healthy lifestyle and why we have introduced Reset at Calibrate.
What is it?
A time for you to switch off and allow yourself to Reset. In a group of no more than 8 people, our coach, Mitch will take you through an introduction of the recovery process. This will include:
Soft tissue muscle release with a trigger ball/foam roller
Mobility and Stretch exercises
Breath work to calm the mind
Ice Bath Intervals
$350 per person
